Caleb entered the Sewn Goods industry when he purchased Americas 21st, a lean sewing manufacturing provider, in 2021. He is a manufacturing engineer that previously worked for General Electric, DHL, and the United States Army. Caleb’s focus in every industry has been the combination of people and processes working together, understanding that every organization is no stronger than its weakest link. He developed training programs for critical skills for Military and Police Training, Railroad Operations, Chemical Manufacturing, Electricians, Gas Turbine Manufacturing, and now many core skills in the Sewing industry. In addition he works with lean manufacturing techniques and automation to ensure manufacturers can maximize the value of their skilled labor force. Caleb is a proud Alumni of the University of Houston, and now lives in Greenville, SC.
