Miguel Montero has a broad background in business and organizational development, in hardware and software technology, data and analytics, and social compliance, working with both startups and established companies. His diverse industry experience provides a holistic perspective that allows him to support a wide range of consulting clients effectively. His connection to the sewn products industry began at Kurt Salmon Associates (now part of Accenture), where he worked on strategy and operations projects for multiple clients.

A strong advocate for privately owned businesses, Miguel has expanded his expertise with certifications in Financial Modeling and Valuations and Artificial Intelligence for Decision Making. He founded In2track Solutions LLC to complement his consulting practice, developing technology-based solutions that enhance business efficiency and profitability.

His work in financial modeling and valuation led to the development of Squeeze the Value℠, a methodology designed to help business owners identify and leverage key factors that increase business value in preparation for what he calls the "final transition."

At the core of Miguel’s consulting and business development philosophy is creating value through better processes, from sales and people management to customer success.

Born in New York to Cuban immigrant parents, Miguel studied Management Information Systems at Fairfield University and later earned an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys tackling complex DIY projects, reading eclectic topics, and spending quality time with his wife of over 30 years, Vanessa, and their two sons in South Florida.
