By SPESA

Raleigh, N.C. – The Sewn Products Equipment and Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA), along with two of its member companies, will be exhibiting at the upcoming Techtextil North America trade show in Raleigh, N.C., August 23-25, 2021.

“One of our primary goals as an association is to help our members meet customers and expand their business. We believe trade shows are one of the best ways to do this, not to mention a great opportunity to keep track of trends and advancements in the industry,” stated SPESA President Michael McDonald. “When members can’t attend shows in person, we are honored to represent their interests and make connections on their behalf.”

The SPESA booth (#1123) at Techtextil North America will serve as an information hub for anyone looking to learn more about sewn products industry suppliers and equipment providers, as well as a networking space for the SPESA members in attendance. It will be located in the first-ever Texprocess Americas Pavilion. The pavilion is designed specifically to foster strategic partnerships and showcase equipment functionality.

The association will be joined in the Texprocess Americas Pavilion by SPESA member Henderson Sewing Machine Co., Inc. (Booth #1121). As the company’s CEO, Frank Henderson, explains: “Exhibiting at Techtextil North America provides us the opportunity of introducing new innovative products and technology to customers and potential customers in a 3-day period, which is only possible in a trade show venue.” Henderson Sewing Machine is a global supplier of industrial sewing machines, sewing machine parts, and custom automated sewing machines for the sewn products industry.

SPESA member Zünd can be found in Booth #1201. A leading manufacturer of multi-functional digital cutting solutions for textile, leather, composites, and other industrial applications, Zünd offers modular, customizable systems with industry-specific workflow automation, including nesting/sorting, pattern-matching, vision registration, and more.

SPESA associate members AATCC and SEAMS are also exhibiting at Techtextil North America in Booths #1028 and #1017, respectively.

In addition to exhibiting at the show, SPESA is co-locating its Advancements in Manufacturing Technologies Conference with Techtextil North America 2021. The one-day conference will be in Room 305 of the Raleigh Convention Center on Tuesday, August 24th, followed by a reception on the show floor.
