Sharon Durham is President of Jon Hart Design in San Antonio, Texas. Before joining Jon Hart, she spent 20 years at AT&T and Rackspace, working across operations, IT, and marketing. Bringing that technology background into manufacturing has been one of the most rewarding parts of her career, finding ways to help a hands-on business work smarter while preserving the craftsmanship that makes its products special.

Sharon’s leadership style is practical and involved. She likes understanding how things work, listening to the people doing the work, and solving problems alongside her team. At Jon Hart, that means caring as much about what happens on the production floor as the experience of the retailers and customers who trust the brand.

A graduate of Texas A&M University and Oklahoma State University, Sharon is a wife, mother of three sons, and devoted Aggie.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and helping her youngest son with his FFA lambs. Whether at the factory or the lamb barn, she’s usually figuring out what needs to happen next.
