About the IEEPA tariff refunds:
In February 2026, the Supreme Court ruled that President Trump did not have the authority to impose certain tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). As a result, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is now processing refunds for importers that paid those duties.
