Todd Corley is Chief People and Impact Officer at Carhartt where he oversees the workwear brand’s strategy on people and purpose. In his role, he works collaboratively across the organization to define and implement long-term talent strategies, drive inclusion initiatives, lead sustainability efforts, advance community engagement, and promote the importance of supporting the skilled trades.

Before joining Carhartt, Corley served as Global Chief Diversity Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch where he helped guide one of the most visible cultural transformations in modern retail. Corley’s pioneering work at the brand was featured in the Netflix documentary White Hot: The Rise and Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch

A lifelong learner, Corley has supported the next generation of inclusive leaders by co-creating two graduate degree programs focused on advancing inclusion and belonging. He is also the inaugural recipient of the Claes Nobel World Betterment Award — presented by the family that established the Nobel Prize — for his work on global unity.

Corley has an MBA from Georgetown and has completed executive programs at Dartmouth and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, a professional organization for the senior-most ranking Black corporate executives across Fortune 500 Companies, and is a board member for Snarky Elephant, a media company exclusively focused on producing film and content by and about historically underrepresented communities.
