An accomplished engineer with over three decades of experience in manufacturing and technology, Bert joined Frontier Distributors/Phillocraft, In. in 2014 as Vice President and leader of day-to-day operations.

After graduating from DeVry University in 1984, Bert embarked on what would be a long career with American Standard Companies, Inc. In a few short years, he would join the managerial ranks in American Standard’s lab division, working primarily with Trane HVAC systems, a large central heating and air company acquired by ASC the same year Bert came on board. Bert would remain with Trane through its acquisition by multinational conglomerate Ingersoll Rand and beyond, exiting the company as Engineering Director and North America Unitary design engineering leader with over 30 years of service in 2014.

Bert became acting President in 2025 and now seeks to continue his father Lew’s extraordinary work in maintaining Frontier Distributors/PHILLOCRAFT, Inc’s established reputation for quality products and services, while at the same time modernizing and optimizing its operations as the workstation industry prepares for the future of manufacturing.
