SPESA Business Meeting To Take Place October 29, 2026

The annual SPESA Business Meeting will take place Thursday, October 29th, during the 2026 SPESA Executive Conference in San Antonio, TX.

The Business Meeting provides members an opportunity to receive updates about the association and the industry from the SPESA staff and Board of Directors; recognize the outstanding accomplishments of other members; and elect SPESA's Board of Directors.

In accordance with SPESA’s Bylaws, each eligible SPESA member company is entitled to one vote by its authorized voting representative. However, all SPESA members are welcome and encouraged to attend the Business Meeting.

Next Steps for SPESA Members

1) If you are planning to attend the Business Meeting and SPESA Executive Conference (which we hope you are!), but have not yet registered, please do so here. And click here if you would like to book a discounted room at the conference hotel — the last day to do so is October 7th!

2) In this Dropbox link, you will find the agenda for the 2026 Business Meeting as well as minutes from last year's meeting. Please review the minutes in advance and let the SPESA team know if you have any edits or questions. The Class of 2029 Board of Directors nominees will also be shared in advance of the meeting.

3) Keep an eye on your inbox. The designated representatives from each eligible SPESA member company will receive a separate email with voting instructions, as well as proxy voting information if no one from the company is able to attend in person.

4) As a reminder, if you have a colleague within your company or elsewhere whom you consider to be a "Rising Star" within the sewn products industry, please recommend them for free registration and recognition at the event!
